Pow House - Tropical Storm leaves the goods on the same old, same old

After 5 dry weeks, the precipitation came a pounding.  Too bad snow levels were always above 7,000' (at times 8,000').  As much as we craved a new peak, a new line, a new something.....we had to go to the tree sheltered snow magnet round mound to get our fill.  With the bottom at 7,700', and the top near 9,500' - it had the right numbers for the storm.  We did a dawn patrol in 6" of cream cheese on Friday and then 3 laps in the ever deepening heavy powder on Saturday.  Good times!
